Specifies the signalling protocol for basic call/connection control at the Q reference point between private integrated services network exchanges connected together within a broadband private integrated services network using asynchronous transfer mode. This Standard is one of a series of Standards applicable to private integrated services networking. This Standard is identical with and has been reproduced from ISO/IEC 13247:1997.
