Full Description

This slide presentation discusses a case study of optimization at Bellingham's Water Treatment Plant. Process control is discussed, and figures are given for raw water and finished water quality. Several special study subjects are presented that include: turbidity meter location; backwash goal of 0.1 NTU; backwash disposal system; streaming current meter (SMC); streaming current and filter particle counts; and, SMC and chemical mixing.
