This slide presentation gives information on the city of Moscow, Idaho. Due to its growth rate and declining water levels, the city has a need for a comprehensive water resource plan and for a water conservation plan. The city investigated where its water was going, selected meters for theappropriate customer usagepatterns, investigated utility billing and accounting programs, and determined important accounting practices from problems it encountered along the way.
