This slide presentation describes Outpost 5TM, a wide area supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system specifically designed for water and wastewater treatment applications. The benefits of this system include: ease of configuration (clusters, stations and data points can be added, modified or deleted); reduction in implementation time for additional Hubs; ease of enhancement; and, system is viewable from standard Web browsers on any Windows client (95, 98or 2000) connected to the OCWA local area network (LAN).
