Full Description

The City of Austin, Texas, Water and Wastewater Utility has implemented a web-based systemfor managing capital improvement projects. The system replaced a tool that provided ahigh degree of functionality, but was not easily supported with hundreds of projectmanagers. The web-based system, called eCAPRIS, provides all the functionality of theprevious tool, with improved performance, ease of maintenance, and scalability tothousands of primary and casual users in departments city-wide.
