The Clayton County, Georgia, area includes the Atlanta metropolitanarea and is located in the headwaters of 2 river basins. Regional cooperative is needed to ensure the efficient use of limited water resources. To this end, the Clayton County Water Authority treats raw water and reclaimed water as one resource, protects watersheds, and plans for the future. This presentation outlines the Water Authority's watershed protection efforts.
