The objectives of this research were to understand recycle practices at each facility, characterize recycle water quality and investigate impacts of recycle on plant influent quality and treatment plant performance. The scope of the project involved examining existing recycle water quality data (plant grab samples and Information Collection Rule (ICR) data), understanding plant schematics and operations, and conducting on-site sampling and analysis to examine recycle water quality and treatment impacts.
